Chipotle Honey Chicken combines grilled chicken with smoked chipotle and wildflower honey. Chipotle introduced it broadly in 2025 and announced its return in 2026. Whether you can order it now depends on your selected restaurant’s current menu.

The 2025 launch

In its March 6, 2025 launch announcement, Chipotle described grilled chicken seasoned with Mexican spices, smoked chipotle and wildflower honey. The company said it had tested the item in Nashville and Sacramento in 2024.

Rewards members received early digital access on March 6 through the Chipotle app, Chipotle.com and Chipotle.ca. General access followed on March 7 in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. France and Germany were scheduled for March 12.

The original launch was a limited-time offering. Those dates describe its rollout; they do not establish today’s availability at a particular restaurant.

The 2026 return

Chipotle’s April 21, 2026 announcement announced an April 28 return in the same five countries. It also added Chipotle Honey Chicken to the High Protein Cup offering.

Chipotle described the item as popular. That is the company’s account of the response to its menu item; this article does not present an independent taste test or customer survey.

Check your restaurant before ordering

For a U.S. restaurant, use Chipotle’s official menu and ordering site to select your location. Elsewhere, use the official Chipotle site for your country. Check the menu shown for your location and ordering method.

If Chipotle Honey Chicken is listed, read its current description and options. U.S. readers can review Chipotle’s Allergens & Special Diet page. The page warns that foods may contact one another during preparation and that limited-time or test items may include allergens not listed there. Readers elsewhere should consult their country’s official information. Ask the restaurant about ingredients and preparation if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction.
